Will Excedrin Back and Body also help you fall asleep at night?
I know that's what Tylenol PM tablets are for, but I bought EBB for my back aches after lifting weights.
Has anybody tried them? Hope someone can help.

get yourself some benedryl. the ingredient in tylenol pm that makes you sleepy is, in fact, benedryl. diphenhydramine hydrochloride, as it is generically called, is what is in most night-time meds, even your over-the-counter sleep meds. so if your EPP has that in it, go for it. if not, go to the drug store and get benedryl.
