whats the best treatment for menapause?
Im only 23 but im asking my mom started to get menopause Shes andd she gets hot flashes and all! .. They keep her awake at night a lot .. I was wondering if there is non persciption drug I can buy it .. ive heard estroven Xtra pm strenth and whether they really work .. can sumone help who might know .. thanks to all the advnace
Hi, My mother in her 50s. He visited to a group of doctors about menopause. The best non-prescription drugs he found that estroven extra power (it also has something in it to increase energy) is also black cohosh for hot flashes and st. Johns Wort for mood swings etc. I also have a hysterectomy and I am going through menopause symptoms before the age of 26 years. I use all three now and they great for me. The best thing to do though, is go to the doctor to see what works best for your mother. Because even though this works best for my three and my mother, they sometimes do not work the same for others. In Black cohosh is also estroven few and some women taking both black cohosh and estroven together can give you too much estrogen and will make the symptoms worse sometimes.
