How can I get over the disgusting taste of these high energy weight-gain milk shakes??
I recently had invasive surgery and the nutritionist at the hospital has given me 50 disgusting milkshakes to drink. I can't get over the taste and retch and feel sick after drinking them.
Is their anything to drink them with to take away the taste??

ok from time to time i use those shakes and i find that if i throw them in a blender with a banana it kinda kills the taste also drink it ice cold for some reason it looses its bad taste a lot better if its icey cold. dunno why? lol
if you dont like banana try something else you do like ie: coffee, chocolate anything really with a strong taste that you like. hang in there though they are good for you unfortunatly lol
