When should I move on to Energy Booster for P90X?
I just finished the day 6 (Yoga X) of week 4, and I'll decide either to do stretch or rest (I am a bit busy right now, with exams). Since I am at end of Week 4, should I move on to Energy booster now? How should I decide whether to stay or to go on?
Hey James! Great job completing phase 1!
How do you feel? Do you still have alot more fat to burn? If you feel like you need more energy, go on ahead to the next phase of the diet and add more carbs. I've been through two rounds so far and I extended the fat burning low carb phase until phase 3 of the first round because I still had some goo to lose lol.
