Lowest of Dymatize Nutrition Elite Whey Protein Isolate Powder product that I could find. Mixes easily! Delicious by adding milk (less delicious in water). Sometimes, however, is the taste of mint residue in the mouth for hours after I drink a smoothie.
I used this stuff for years and I am one of those selective when it comes to food and nutrition. Are lactose intolerant, and tend to be fed more food. I tried a couple flavors of elite protein, and I have all phenomenal. (For chocolate mint, caramel butter cream is great!) And low-calorie, low carb, low sugar and protein perfect for me. I use mostly a ball only 2.1. It recommends that in a blender if you have a shaker cup but make sure it is high quality. The blender is best for me.
Dymatize Nutrition Elite Whey Protein Isolate Powder product is a protein of excellent quality, I drank 100% Whey, but I discovered that Elilte Dymatize whey tastes better, costs less and has the same nutritional value. So I have a year of taking this product and I'm very happy, the best flavor of vanilla, mocha, second, third, mint and chocolate, I don't like the strawberry at all. I like whey protein. I recommend it to anyone looking. This I tested on seven different ways over the years and is by far the best.
