how much sugar&lo-salt (sodium&potassium chloride) shud i put in a litre of water for electrolyte drink?
im allergic to the dyes in electrolyte drinks, the ones available to me now and i need some electrolyte solution fast. How many teaspoons sugar and lo-salt do i need to make up one litre of electrolyte drink?? PLEASE thanks
Don't have a clue dear but one tea spoon of each sounds about right.
