How do I get through the exam three hours without the need to urinate?
At the university and exams next week beginning at 10 am and lasted for three hours. I Berocca drink in the morning (incase you do not know what it was, it was like effervescent energy drink vitamins - beautiful). Besides, you obviously need to urinate and then at some point. Plus, you need to drink water to stop dehydration of your brain in the test. Probably a stupid question, but it really will help as every minute is a minute urine wasted!
Go to the bathroom before the exam, and if you need energy, try to get as much sleep much the previous night, and try to eat fruits such as bananas for energy, so you do not need to drink anything .. Also if all else fails try not to think and worry that you will need to go to the bathroom, and you will not have to go.
