How do I find a whey protein that does not have hidden sugars?

I am currently taking Dymatize Nutrition Elite Whey Protein Isolate's. He claims has only 2.5 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of sugar, however, I tend to use the sweetener because it is very sweet. I'm not sure how they hide the fact that he has way more sugar than the claims. That only thing I can say is that while the material is "concentrating on natural and artificial flavor .." means that they are concentrated in natural and artificial sugar. I have tried some whey protein, they're all the same: too sweet, so how can I find a whey protein (which is targeted to women) who do not have Hidden sugar?
