Digestive Irritable

Abdominal Tenderness / Lower Left Quadrant - Digestive Anatomy Questions - Possible IBS / Irritable bowel syndrome?
I started having pain lower left quadrant of 5 months ago. Ct Scan Negative / pelvic ultrasound showed multiple follicular cysts. Saw Gyn Dr and Dr Gastro, Gastro suspected IBS but treatment for IBS has not been helpful and I always have constipation problems, but the problem of pain did not start until today. Pain is almost always there, but sometimes worse. Last night, I found that I had extreme abdominal tenderness and I wonder what lies where I feel the pain occurs - This is to the left of the navel, down about 1 "and right next to the pelvic bone in there, deep inside Also, I had my lower back pain .. stomach ache all the time, as has been injured in some way (but not) and almost as if swollen in sometimes. Any help would be greatly appreciated .. I do not really know where to go from here. Also, I am a 26-year-old woman in otherwise good health ... is abdominal tenderness felt in IBS? Thank you!
