Detox Replacement

Please help. Questions about stopping smoking cold turkey?
I have been smoking for six years and finally decided to quit. I did it because turkey cool I think that using nicotine replacement products just stupid. Do you give the hero a hero addicts to help detox? of course not. I reasearch I, only 6.7% of those who use these products successfully stopped during six months. 4% of their end until they become addicted to the actual product .. no thanks. All I want are as many tips and tricks I can get about how to keep the mind and body busy for the next three days. I work the night shift, so I have about 4-5 hours of pure boredom (when I need to smoke at least) and must find a way to pre-occupy themselves. Thank you, I can use all the ideas I can get;)
I stopped smoking in different ways, some times a little different ... if you get my drift ... Cold turkey worked best for me honestly, but I do not think this method almost as important as motivation. When I finally DID stop, I have a serious motivation. I did it for me, my health and my family. Every time I try stop without strong motivation, I failed ... I tried the gum, have failed. Tried the patch, failed. When I think about it, I realized that I never really WANTED stop at those times. So I grabbed at that moment that I decided I wanted to quit, and I ran with it. I know how to eliminate cravings own ... I started drinking tea, not coffee ... because coffee and CIG are a great combo. I stopped hanging out in bars, I started working out ... and above all, I realized that I could keep itself in situation where I could not have been smoking for 22 hours of the day ... so that means I only have to struggle with it for two hours on a collective (usually 10-30 minutes at a time or more). Thinking about the ways and take one fight at a time, I woke up one day and realized I had not smoked in a month ... It has passed so quickly, that my did not even realize it. One thing that helps: I have received since the beginning that I would never NOT want to smoke. Not that I'll always be addicted, but I never really lucky to find this disgusting habit. I like it, and I always will. But I also like painkillers, and I always like to bring home a random woman from the bar, or speeding on the highway with a speed Autobahn ... point, I like a LOT of things better to me tells me not to do. And I can with fine without them every day. Smoking is no different. Embracing it is a big step for me. After that, you only need to remember how much you DO NOT need them.
