Best and Cheapest Medical, Biomed and Diet Regime for Autism?

What is the best way to plan and obtain the products listed below in the healthiest, cheapest way possible. And if you take direct care of an autistic child, how do you get him to try and ingest all this stuff (not all, I know). Before you start on any of these treatments, I hope your child had a through check-up with blood tests. I don't think it is wise to start detox (chelation) without a dr's supervision. The metals could come out and settle into different organs and make it worse. B12 and cod liver oil (vitamin A) better do a blood test first before you overdose your child. I know because I test blood for a living. The vitamins you get at the dept. stores are not the best quality so I advise you to go to a specific vitamin store or Whole Foods Market. Zinc should be given at bedtime away from calcium because the calcium will interfer with the absorption of the zinc. Nordic Naturals and Carlson's Cod Liver Oil are the best since they do not contain metals and are not fishy tasting. It would be cheaper to get a multivitamin with minerals. Read the labels and buy the ones with no artifical colors, flavors, aspartame, etc. I prefer to buy my vitamin supplements online at Kirkman's. I recommend multivitamin/minerals/ antioxidants formula Spectrum Complete. It costs about $49.50 but lasts about 2 and a half months and you get more supplements for your money. Kirkman's has been making vitamin supplements for autistic kids for over 20 years and has hypoallergenic formulas and superior qualitiy without fillers that cheap stuff you get in stores has in it. There is a difference in the forms of calcium, magnesium, etc. I suggest going to the Autism Research Institute's Website so you can get the correct dosage for your child and see what has helped other children. They have so much useful information. The effects of NAET do not last a long time. It would be better to start a gluten/casein free diet or similar diet because I found that when I eliminated certain foods like milk , wheat, or soy that my autistic son got better. You don't mention if your child is having trouble sleeping, anger issues, or stool problems. I can help you more if I had that information. I would advise testing for yeast and harmful bacteria in the stool. This is a big problem in autistic kids. You also can get a digestive enzymes that has probiotic in it. (Kidszyme). I also recommend Buried Treasure Added Attention Formula to help with focusing and calming down your child. These are available at the Whole Foods Market. The Whole Foods Market has a terrific section of vitamins for kids that are easy on the stomach and wallet. When you get enough money, I suggest going to see a DAN (defeat autism now) doctor. I got the information at the Autism Research Institute. These doctors are into the biomedical treatment for autism. Yes, they are expensive but worth every penny. I am taking my son to these doctors after seeing significant improvements on the supplements that I have mentioned.
