a baking dessert challenge....?
i need to make a dessert for mothers day. i know mom in law is watching her weight. ex-husband doesn't like eating carbs/empty nutrients, likes to bulk up on protein, but will occasionally eat things if it's 0 fat and not too many calories.
so...is there anything i can make that will be eaten by both of these two? please provide links, because if i don't see what it looks like, the end result could be disasterous 
I have made a chocolate angel food cake, ( recipe on Martha Stewart) and then topped it with a sauce I made from frozen berries that I pulverized in the food processor and then ran the sauce through the strainer to get out all the seeds. It tasted sinful but is very figure friendly
