Help with supplements. (monster milk, monster amino, whey protein)?

I am wanting to take some supplements to help me stronger with my workouts. I want to get bigger and stronger, and I have looked at these cytosport products. I want to try the monster milk, but can I mix the monster amino with it? Should I even bother with the monster amino? Do you think there are better products, and when exactly do I take these?


Supps are great but focus on your nutrition first!! I would suggest a chemical free whey protein minus the fillers and additives. Also, a quality multi vitamin is crucial. Good luck and put in the work with the training and watch what you eat!!
