Why nutritional supplements (Creatine, Glutamine, Casein, Whey Protein .. etc) are not regulated by the FDA?
================= @ Flusterated: Well, my own opinion, anything that goes into our mouths, whether drugs, foods, or supplements, all should be regulated for health concert!
Because of their nutritional / dietary supplements and not drugs. EDIT: Sorry, but I do not want the government to dang regulate everything I eat - they do not always come out for our best interests, you know .... Have you ever seen the movie "Soylent Green"? This is perfect example of what "could" happen when the government has too much power. (... And what is health "concert"?)
