how can I get my cat to take acv and cranberry extract?
my cat has cystitis ,I tried acv with water in a syringe,didn't work, I also tried putting it in food ,even adding salmon gravy. any suggestions?
Cranberry extract isn't used by feline bodies the way it is with humans, it throws the blood sugars way off and does nothing with the urine's acidity. PLEASE don't give this. If you have a diabetic cat this would put it into a hypo attack.
Use the acidifier pills the vet has, if those aren't giveable, ask about compounded medications (creams).
