Besides, Thai traditional physicians believe that the coconut water is a stimulant and able to heal bone diseases while Chinese people think that the coconut juice is neutral food, not Yin (cold) and Yang (hot) energies. It can get rid of parasite in the body and recover those who have diarrhea and vomiting because of quickly absorbed glucose.
Unlike dangerous soft drink, the natural coconut water is safe for everyone and daily drinking as refreshment. Nevertheless, it is not suitable for one having kidney disease and diabetes because its taste is quite sweet. When you open the coconut, you should drink the juice immediately. It is not suggested to leave the water and the meaty part for half an hour (even though it is kept in a refrigerator). You should eat it up when first opening. At present time, you also should beware of bleach so it is better to buy from farm directly and eat one by one whenever you want. The pure natural coconut water is beneficial and better than soft drinks, syrup or flavoured drinking and does not cause toxic in the body.
