Are vitamins good for you? What brand sould I take or avoid? Can I take to many? Is there lead or any harmful particals in these vitamins? Sould you eat pretty good while taking these vitamins and are they hard to digest? Also I really want to know anything about the colon cleanse products I seen at Sams, as seen on tv product, is this product anygood, is this product a must want?
