I am doing the Master Cleanse detox diet. Will adding natural, sugar-free packets to my water affect the diet?
I am anemic. Will taking my iron supplement affect the detox process or weight loss?
Please share any tips that you may have concerning this diet. I am on day 4.
Detox is a myth and the basic principle behind the Master Cleanse is a detoxification fast.
But he body and the colon are self cleansing.
If your doctor has prescribed the iron and it does not upset your already irritated stomach lining, take it.
The sugar free packets won't affect anything. As you are anaemic think again about continuing the cleanse.

Proponants of the Master Cleanse will tell you that these are signs that the toxins in your body are being eliminated, but you would experience the same symptoms on a water-only fast."
