is it safe to combime l carnitine and chromium picolinate to lose weight?
it's only to support my lose weight. i exercise 1hr everyday, alternating weight lifts and biking with running and power walks. i'm desperate to lose weights. been religiously doing this for almst 4mos now but no results yet. i do not use the scale to know if i'll lose some, i measure myself with tailors tape and my pants size but still i think i am even more gaining weight. i have lessen my food intakes, no fats, no sweets. just fruits, meat and wheat breads but no results really!!!
