heartburn during pregnancy?
I'm almost 34 weeks pregnant and having severe heartburn. The doctor said I could Maalox, tums. So I had a Maalox. There are different type of Maalox. I took the maximum strength antacid Maalox chewable multi symptom / antigas. Is this OK? Or I should go with something lighter?
I use tums with the third pregnancy. Watch eating foods with lots of spices and eat a bit before you go to bed. If you have a midnight snack happens, try to eating soft foods that are to remain at bay. Try putting a pillow or rolled up blanket under the mattress to lift. Congrats
