Can sitting in a sauna/steam room help relieve chest congestion?
I wouldn't be the one hauking up phlem all over a sauna or steam room if I was sick, BUT, wouldn't it help some to sit in a sauna/steam room to help relieve chest congestion?
yes, would work the same as a steamer , you would need some cleanex or a towel to hack the phlem up , important to get that out. don't over do how long you sit in the sauna or steam room or you will have a new problem.
