zinc supplements for acne?
i've read a lot of good reviews online for using zinc supplements to help with acne. so last night i bought chelated zinc 50mg from GNC. can anyone give me any recommendations on how to get the best results possible from the zinc? (what time of day should i take it? should i increase it to 100mg a day? ect)
any personal experience is welcome too 
i had a acne problem as well . well i suppose i have a mild one now . i didn't use anything for it and it seemed to disappear by its self
