gasy .. bloating .. or what?!?
for the past few weeks I have been logging spinning feeling in my stomach and I think the gas. I could hear such growling, and i always feeel like passing gas all time.Its only recently, like just a week now. I never happened to me before. What could? It bloating or gas ... what is it? I have taken some supplements (legal) because I bodybuilders. Ive been taking supplements for like years now and I have never puffed B4 (if supplements are the cause of this). I also worked out a lot, and do sit ups everyday (which can also?? If im not breathing right while doing sit-ups) Supplements i take: milk muscle (protein powder, without lactose) Nitrix (pill nitric oxide, which promotes) cheaters relief vascularization (a carbohydrate and fat blocker) could be one cause gasiness I?
Most of the gas / bloating is caused by swallowing too much air, believe it or not. other! a bad cause which absorbed Carbohydrate, High-Fat Eating, and Eating Your Gas Producing Foods that may have developed a problem with your Cheaters Relief if it is used to block the taxi / fat.
