Is there an other long lasting protein other than casein?
I found out that casein has a very high chance of promoting cancer. I was wondering if there are any other protein that slowly dissolve in your body. Casein can last up to 7 hours in your body and I like to take it before bed to get protein throughout the night, but since casein promotes cancer is there any substitute for casein?
Soy is a lousy protein. look for a protein supplement powder that has slow, medium and long digesting proteins. Caseins, wheys and albumens are good and DO NOT CAUSE CANCER
