problems with bowel movement?
I am 16 years old, i have a good diet, good amount of fiber,whole grain,vegetable,fruits,etc. Every morning i have a bowel movement. No problem with that, in midday its ok. but the problem start afternoon. Whatever i eat, sometime i get inflamation in my intestine. Plus, i have no bowel movement for the rest of the day from about 3 pm to next morning. im taking magnesia milk now, before i was taking cascara sagrada and colon clen. What should i do in to help my afternoon bowel?

Two bowel movements a day is fine. What makes you think a third is required? I would definitely discontinue all of those laxatives you say you're taking. Continuing them will give you problems. You are fine. Relax.
