Where Do I Get Glucosamine?
I've read/heard it helps build necessary cartilage in dogs that have joint problems (my dog has a minor luxating patella- slipping knee cap). Can I get these pills from a pet store or as an over-the-counter product at a vet clinic... or does she need to go to her own vet and be examined and have some sort of 'prescription' ?
Over the counter at any pharmacy. With the vitamins usually.
You may need to check with your vet for dosages.
