About Super Amino 10000 ?
Hello,
I've been training for about 3 months now, My couch has suggested that I use Super Amino 10000.
I'm still over weight but not too much, i heard that it contains el-carnitine which helps burn those fats and at the same time it would help build up some muscle.
what would you suggest ?
I mainly aim to shape up my body, but not to that muscular scupltured body, just shaping abit.
and one important note, i don't seem to have enough power to break the weight limits...so what do you folks suggest ?

if youre not getting the results you want, then you need to change either your diet or workout routine. Most supplements are a waste. Either over priced or useless or both.
Diet is the key to losing fat. Lots of cardio will help as well.
But 3 months isnt a very long time, give it time. It takes time and hard work to change your body.
