Cutting diet / cardio / fatburner?

Hi, I was into bodybuilding for a while prohormones, 6000 calories heavyweight bulk lots, etc. I am looking for back out now and just realized i dont know about ripping out just bulking. Today I was at 10 percent bodyfat I have vascularity, I have a definition good, but I just wanted to be more stringent / i have a slimmer abs that show when bent a little but want to get rid of fat around them. What's my plan best diet is soda energy drink / bad to lean? exercise plan, there is also a supplement? I looked into the real fatburner like poison, but there are side effects such as etc. mental, sexual? THANKS ps 59 174

cut your calories will suffice 2500-3000 You may even be able to go less than that, depending on your body and lifestyle. fat burners do not work as well as good old fashion hard work trying to sprint interval. sprint for 30 seconds then rest for 1 minute and repeat the set 80-10. when i lift like to use the rest interval is usually 30 seconds to one minute. I will also jump rope between sets when doing my leg workout. This is the best way to burn fat.
