LOW protien HIGH carbs diet! and im vegetarian!?
well due to doctor reasons i have to eat low protien high carbs and take omega 3 capsules that contain gelatin. so im vegetarian and i have to take gelatin pills! and with lwo protei nadn high carbs i think im gonna get fat. should i break the capsules with the gelatin to get the sutff inside so i dont get the gelatin? and will i get fat. im really scared about that.
i think i can only have the type i have though..
also can gelatin make you fat?
i went for a physical ut my mother brought up personal stuff which is why im doing this
First of all, there are plenty of Omega Sources (3,6 and 9) that do NOT come from animals. Chia seed is one, flax seed yet another. You should talk to your doctor about this.
Also, you will not get fat if you do this slowly and see how your body responds. There are TONS of books out there written about this exact lifestyle- a high carb vegetarian diet. High carb doesn't mean tons of chips, white bread, or cakes. It means whole grains, beans, grains and vegetables.

EDIT: Gelatin will not make you fat but it DOES conflict with being a vegetarian. What kind of pills are they? What are they called?
