is there any harm taking too much of gelatin capsules?
I am taking some herbal capsules, most of them are enclosed in gelatin capsule, I am taking about 10 gelatin capsule per day. so is there any harm of taking too much of gelatin capsules. please advice
Gelatin is sugars and fats, and it's very little, so no.
I'd be WAY more worried about what's INSIDE the capsules. What are you taking?
