Amino Acids?
I just got a bottle of 90 caps and said to take 5 before and 5 after exercise, is it ok they are very big tablet, I take whey protein and creatin mon as well, I have been powdered protein amino acid in it is enough? or will I benefit from a tablet? thank you
They assist in healing IF you lose anything in your bloodstream after exercise. I take protein before and after so usually do not bother with the aminos although I always have them with me .... they do make a lot of money for the company who sell them.
