Metal Gear Solid 4 is probably the best in the series but it's your favorite MGS series?

I've beaten MGS4 twice and I've even played online. I thought it was a brilliant game but for some reason, I find Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (Subsistence) became my favorite in terms of the main characters (Naked Snake), dramatic storyline involving the boss, and certain aspects of gameplay. Also, for all of MGS4 has been added to the game, it seems they have taken something: you can not climbing on trees or heal through the x-ray or eat mice. But then again you can not use octocamo, weapon upgrades, used as a face mask many / camouflage certain characters, play dead, or rolling on the ground as you can in MGS4. What say you?

heh, well it's a difficult one, for while There I was wondering which I prefer. I came to the conclusion that in the end MGS3 is my favorite. Metal Gear Solid 4 follows along with the main storyline where everything is explained out, with details of the long hours. That's cool and all but when it comes down to it I just do not think the gameplay is as good. MGS3 you are pitted against the wilderness and you really should blend with certain camos. You have the stamina as well, they never even so the food can rot, it was amazing, and always has action, a majority of the cutscenes are filled with action. You can fight the alligator frickin '. Do not get me wrong I love MGS4, but MGS3 is amazing. The struggle to defeat the end almost everyone else, and the end of the game always managed to give me chills because I see Naked Snake Salute boss.
