Fat Burning Pills, which work?
I did ask this question is heath & fitness with no answers ....When ephedra was available (Stackers) it worked very well for me but have not found anything since then. After doing some research online, ive found a couple of options and I'm hoping someone has tried the following: Orovo Detox, ZCA Stack or Xyphedra. If you have any information regarding these or anyother fat burner please advise.
I will tell you what worked for me, and you won't believe it, but it's B12. B12 is an amazing metabolism booster and it is NATURAL. I know you won't believe it, but I swear by it. I used to have this little belly pooch that wouldn't go away no matter what I did. I am very active, in fact during the spring, summer, and fall I backpack regularly and am very fit.
