im going to start using the CLA / C9-T11?
C9-T11 is only conjugated linoleic acid and vitamin E, especially now can someone tell me because I want to build body ive been going to the gym for years they say it's good fat burner, but websites and other people say you will build more muscle than that also if you work regularly. whats your opinoin?
My opinion just because someone makes a product does not mean it works. Industry standard in medicine is a double-blind placebo-controlled study. None of these supplements will be subject to the type of study to obtain FDA approval because it stated it will not happen. Get the protein you need to build muscle from a healthy diet.
