Bsn Volumaize

body building sups and the order to take them?
i am taking amino acids, glutamine, bsn volumaize, whey protein, zma, and creatine 189. does anyone when and in what order i should take these? I use volumaize during my workout, glutamine and zma at night, and protein in the am, after workouts, and just before bed. any help would be appreciated
ok I'm taking all that except the bsn volumaize. With that said, take the volumizer right before or during workout. Its purpose is to let you tap into your muscles more. I don't know much about this guy, seems just to pump you up.
First of all, you'll have to understand what everything is. Amino Acids, glutaminem, and whey protein are all in the same class. They're all proteins. Amino Acids are the basic building structures of protein. A monomer for protein is an amino acid, a polymer (lots of monomer chained together) is call a polypeptide. However, there are like twenty amino acids, don't know what your product contains. Same with the Whey Protein, lots and lots of added things besides the protein. Take these right after your workout, that's when your body can process the most protein, and when muscle synthesis is at its peak.
Some take protein before workout, they want the protein to be there, in the blood, when their muscles rip. I don't think it really matters. Since you're taking the volumizer, take the protein after.
Creatine is something in your muscle cells that holds water and important in the synthesis of ATP, the basic energy unit. This allows better performance. Timing is the same as the whey protein. I would stack them. But, you'll have to cycle your creatine, meaning you can't take this forever, because that will decrease your body's ability to produce creatine (same reason testosterone is not taken for prolong periods).
ZMA - 30 minutes before you go to sleep. I just take this right before bed since it takes me so long to fall asleep anyway. Remember to take ZMA on an empty stomach. So, don't take your glutamine with this.
The key to the exact time to take supplements is knowledge. You must know when your body will take up the most of the substance. Taking protein in the morning is because of the overnight fasting. Right after workout is when you absorbs the most, and most needed it.
Things like specific amino acids, glutamine, and creatine is just something that runs out in your muscle when training hard, so replenishing them will help performance.
btw don't take whey protein before bed, take casein (cottage cheese) instead because you want the protein to be slow-releasing during your sleep, not fast like right after workout.
