Thermonex or Powerful?
Ok I want to lose weight and gain muscle, i am 14. I have tried the supplements only NO Xplode (tried several times) and Jack3d once I know what they are and what purpose but at the time I bought it i didn't know more about supplements and things like that. I looked tfsupplements and see that # 1 is Powerful but ive always liked the BSN then I also saw thermonex Powerful said it also will help you lose weight but it seems more committed thermonex for weight loss. But I just want to know which one will be better and if thers better i want to know. So, my goal is to lose weight and i am 14. Now I do not want to respond to those who say your to young, do not take it, etc if im to young i want to know the side effects that can happen and chances are if you go only to provide a simple answer I dont want to respond to some real info thanks! Additionally, I went to the gym every day doing jojgging some occasional pain, run half mile to a mile but most of my lift
