Brazilian Acai

ACAI trim, brazilian diet aid?
Does this stuff work? I know this means you still have to exercise and diet, but will it make losing weight easier? I'm not interested in losing more than maybe 15 lbs. that's it. It's a combination of GREEN TEA and ACAI. What do you guys think. (I don't have a problem with dieting and exercising, I can do that now, I just need to lose the weight quick.)

Those acai berry so called 'free' trials are anything but free. Once they have your credit card number they will ruthlessly take money from your account, even when you manage to contact them and tell them to stop taking money, they won't!!!! You will have to cancel your c.c and hopefully get your c.c company to chargeback the money that has been scammed out of your account.
Acai berry does not help you lose weight and it certainly isn't a great antioxidant either, you're better off eating blueberries.
Try eating tiny meals 6 or 7 times a day, each meal should be say a banana or an apple or a hard boiled egg or lean protein and salad or veggies. Drink lots of water. This method of eating will speed up your metabolism.
Exercise 5 or 6 days per week using the interval method, 3 or 4 minutes cardio then 3 or 4 minutes weight work. This helps you burn fat and retain muscle. Cardio can be running, brisk walking, dancing, up and down steps or stairs. Weight work can be using your own body weight, like push ups, squats, lunges, ab crunches etc.
