Will a chill pill help me clam down before boxing?
Will this supplement help me calm down before boxing fights? And are there anything that will decrease my performance because I heard kava kava give simialer effects to alcohol

· Kava Kava 500mg
· Siberian Ginseng 125mg
· St. John’s Wort 300mg
· Magnesium 17.5mg
· Zinc 7.5mg
Thanks doctor steve, Its just that I get anxious and sometimes makes me sick. I know that taking something will not make me as shape in the ring cos that nervousness is what give you the edge. Might try them while training, cos am overly nervous before big fights and can be be sick. Any more help much appreciated
They are ment to calm you down, So that means slow you down. I dont know alot about medicine but Trust me a used to pop alot of pills and the effects of a chill pill will slow you down sort of make you feel drugged up.
