Effect of take Spirulina?
i won a bottle of Spirulina tablets (brand Natural Synergy). I have read the bottle and do some research on internet but I'm still confused what it is! I've read that it helps you LOSE weight, but I also read that it helps you GAIN weight. So what right? And has anyone taken this stuff? If so, what are the results? Thanks in advance
