What are the key benefits of taking triphala capsules daily? I am taking Himalaya triphala capsule a day.?
Recently, I saw on the capsule bottle that it is 250mg capsule. Does this means it is very powerful or what? I was suffering from constipation. My friend suggested me to take triphala.
