How much would it cost to go to a doctors for a bladder infection?
I have a bladder infection, I know this because I've had them before. I have no health insurance and I usually go to the Cleveland planned parenthood, but thats a really far drive for me, and the free clinic wouldn't be able to get me in til next month. How much do you think it would cost if I were to find a local doctor to see about this?
I had to go to the walk-in clinic for a bladder infection a few months back..i think it cost around $80? plus the cost of the anti-biotic he gave me.
Just FYI, there's an old wives tale that if you drink a full glass of water with 2 Alka-Seltzer dissolved in it a few times a day, it cures bladder infections! I've actually done it a few times and it really does work! The alka-seltzer water tastes like crap, but it pretty much helps with the discomfort of the infection almost immediately and eventually it gets rid of it all together. Just take it 2-3 times a day for about 4 or 5 days. good luck!!
