I was gathering cattle on our ranch and my horse boogered and maintained and loses his footing and nearly rolled over me. I landed in my under-arm part of my future. It has been on 19 and still has not healed till. Its mainly just my muscles are sore. What type of therapy would you recommend? I have tried heat / cold. biofreeze and aspercream ...
