Acai Berry Weight Loss, Which one 2 take?
I was looking through GMC and I'm a teen wondering which acai berry is good for loosing weight. There were the drink kinds and I'm wondering first if it does work or at least helps you loose weight and which Acai Berry Drink is the one that really helps. I found Zola at GMC and Sambazon at whole foods, etc...
No, there are more antioxidants in locally bought fresh berries. antioxidants do not aid weight loss either.
If you must try acai do buy locally, don't touch the online 'free' offers, they are far from free. Type in acai and scam.
I don't know how the manufactures of these products can get away with telling such lies and making claims that are absolutely not true.
