amino acids? protein? Casein?
im curently at 230 pounds and im trying to get to 205 but with muscle mass. im taking around 100 to 150 grams of protein and bcaa 1800 daily but im courious if this is enough. and i also heard about casein and that its better for you if u drink it before u go to sleep.
You basically answered the question yourself. 150 g of protein is plenty and you're right about the casein before bed. I'm assuming the 1800 mg of bcaa is one serving. Just make sure you take one serving before each workout.
