Does anyone know anything about Bach Original Flower Essence, Rescue Remedy?
It is a liquid, you put drops under your tongue.
It's supposed to be a natural stress reliever - hype or not?
I have found all of Bach's Flower Remedies very very effective whenever I have used them or prescribed them to any of my patients.
