i have a ligament injury in my LEFT knee ... PLZ HELP ME?
I've been resting for six weeks ... then i played a little soccer match and no Pains But then after That i had a pain Some Some N i put ice on it ... I've been Told to apply "wintogeno" and take "ARNICA montana and homeopathic remedies in RHUS Tox 30X or 200X Potency" ... PLZ PLZ PLZ tell me how to make this better within a weak ... there's a soccer tournament Which would start within a month ... I'm desprite ... plz help
Doubt you have torn the ligaments, you would not have been Able to play without pain. More likely strains of ligaments or slight cartilage tear - see your GP or Physio to get a diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
