Is there a natural way to get rid of (eye) floaters? If yes, what?
I have lots of black eye floaters, those spots you see move in front of your eyes. It seems I have more and more.
What is a natural way to get rid of them? (Does anyone know what causes them?)
PS: I tried apple pectin tablets but that did not work!

There are no magic pills, herbs or therapies. In my favorite herbal, Dr. Bartram says floaters are usually clumps of red cells from the retinal vessels. He recommends Dandelion Root tea to relieve portal vein congestion and improve liver health.
In the first link below, the author recommends a healthy diet for the eyes and using natural eye drops. Most floaters go away on their own, over a long period of time.
In the second link you'll find some good info. However, he is also selling stuff so take his recommendations "with a grain of salt."
