Focus on business, math and English courses while you are in high school. Then select a university that is solid and reliable in their business program. Go for your Bachelor's degree, and while you are studying, find an internship. There should be opportunities through your university as well as online when you are at that point probably in your junior/senior year. Then get some experience! You are going to have to work your way up the corporate ladder, and that's going to take time and effort. After you put in a few years in the corporate world, go back to school and get your MBA. Preferably wait for when a company will pay for you to go back to school. You may have to change companies to move up the ladder, but if that's your goal, remember you need to focus on the smaller goals to get you there. And most importantly, NETWORK! Get to know everyone and anyone. You never know who could help you on your way. Let others know of your goals and then if you are really dependable and honest, they will remember you if something opens up.
