Are these vitamins vegan and free of wheat?
I've recently gone vegan (no meat or dairy), and I got B-12 supplements since I'm not eating anything with B-12 in it (I'm even avoiding wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, etc.). So I'm wondering if these vitamins have wheat, yeast, gluten, soy, or anything like that in them. I'll list the ingredients, so please let me know. Also, if they do, then do they even make B-12 vitamins without any of those things I listed? Thanks.

B-Complex 100
In a base of whole rice and aloe vera gel concentrate
50 vegetarian capsules
Thiamine 100mg (6,000% of daily value)
riboflavin
niacin
etc., etc.
Other ingredients: vegetables cellulose capsule, whole food base (whole rice concentrate including bran, germ and polishings, pure aloe vera gel), silica and magnesium stearate

Well most will say: free of soy, dairy,yeast,gluten,etc , so I would be a little Leary. From the ingredients you listed, it sounds free of them all, but your best and safest bet is to call the company and straight up ask them. It's the best way to be sure and feel better about it
