Is acetaminophen safe in early pregnancy?
I'm somewhere between 4 and 8 weeks pregnant, and I've got those KILLER preggo headaches. Is non-asprin safe when taken as directed?
Tylenol is safe...but all of my doctors have always told me to try cold compresses, dark rooms ect. and they say before 12 weeks only to use it if you just can't take the pain. I am pregnant with twins, and suffer from migraines anyway, so if they were not horrid, I would use the head on. It really does work and you can use it as often as needed.
